Easy access to Tierpoort
You can already get into Tierpoort without this.
Tierpoort is not a closed area. The gate is open to anyone during the day, and after dark the control room lets people through. This is not a way to buy entry, because entry is not for sale.
What you are actually buying
Convenience. Unattended, 24-hour come-and-go through the gates from the Fluss app on your phone — no waiting for the day gate, no phoning the control room at eleven at night. It is the same thing HOA members get as part of their levy, on its own, for someone who is not a member.
It is a monthly subscription
Miss a payment and easy access is suspended — you would get in through the day gate or by calling the control room, exactly as you did before you subscribed. Being suspended does not lock you out of Tierpoort, because nothing here can.
Who this is for
People who come and go from Tierpoort often and do not own a plot here: tenants, family, and anyone working on the smallholdings regularly. If you own a plot, membership costs about the same and carries your whole household, the road fund and a vote in how the place is run.

Sign up below. You will be asked for your name, ID number, contact details and the cars you drive in — the ID number is how the gate tells one person from another — and then taken to the payment page. Afterwards the security vendor sets you up on Fluss, which is a person doing a job rather than a switch being flipped.
